WHAT to EXPECT
It is recommended to arrive with a heartfelt intention and in comfortable clothing a few minutes before the session. Please be hydrated and eat light hours before.
During the session you are invited to lay down and allow yourself to receive, surrendering to the sound and welcoming feelings, visions or deep stillness.
It is recommended to drink water and rest after the session, journalling the insights and reflecting on what came up. It is best if you avoid rushing into high-intensity environments right after, and the invitation is rather to allow yoiur being to integrate at its own pace.
