Reiki Session
In this session, gentle hands-on or distance Reiki is used to clear blockages, balance your energy, and bring harmony to body, mind, and spirit. But what makes this experience unique is the presence of guided conversation — a safe, heart-centered dialogue that may unfold during the session, gently inviting you to explore and release stories, emotions, or past patterns that no longer serve you.
Like a soft form of hypnotherapy, this process helps you access your subconscious wisdom and bring healing from within. Many clients find that insights rise naturally, old wounds begin to dissolve, and they feel a profound sense of lightness, clarity, and connection after the session.
